TODDY MAKER ... You can buy the whole system on-line and they're very inexpensive. You put 1 pound of coarse ground beans into the large plastic container, with a funnel bottom and heavy filter in the bottom (and a plug). Fill with water and let set 14 hrs. Then pull the plug, and drain the coffee concentrate into a glass jar (all included in the Toddy kit).... To make a cup, you add a "jigger" (upside jar lid) of concentrate to a cup of hot water ... The concentrate keeps at least 3 weeks in the refrigerator, and you always have a fresh cup of coffee (since it doesn't sit in the pot). People can adjust the strength of each cup per their liking. The filter takes out 98% of the caffeine AND 98% of the ACID! The acid is what bothers most people, and they don't realize it .... ever get a cup of coffee with oil floating on top? That's the acid ..... VERY CLEAN, Fresh COFFEE..... I've been doing this for 30 yrs.....
