I love hot tea too! And drink all different kinds. Right now, I am drinking English Breakfast, even though it's afternoon:) Here is a video you might enjoy -- Perfect Cup of Tea.

Well, it all depends on what kind of flavor you like.
If you like a subtle fruity flavor, then peach or raspberry are excellent.
If you like a uniquely "tea" flavor, try chamomile or green... thai is also good.
Now, if you put milk in your tea, then Earl Grey is by far the best.
Peppermint tea is very strong and invigorating drink. I usually drink this before school to wake me up and give me a bit of a sweet treat.

As for sweetening it... I felt the same way. Tea is so good for you, but when you load it with sugar, it kind of defeats the point.
SO this past year, I started using Splenda. It tastes just like sugar without any of the bad qualities! Just one packet in a cup of hot tea makes it scrumptiously sweet without the sugar or the calories!

I like Stash & Celestial Seasonings. If you are lucky enough to have a Teavania in your area, their tea reigns supreme.

Also, I like to sweeten my tea with some sourwood honey. It is excellent, and good for you!

The latest scoop is Green Tea w/o any sweetner is the best for U.

Chai, Is one of the best teas out there. Add a little milk and a bit of sugar.
The best brand to buy would be "Stash"

My fav. is from Bigelow, it's called Pomegranate Pizzazz and is so good! It smells like bubblegum and tastes like a pomegranate and is very good!

lipton cinamon apple :)

its amazing hahaha.
and put some honey in it. so goood!

Celestial Seasonings

peach tea

I like good chai tea, green is good, but I'm really fond of black. Earl gray and breakfast blends are robust.

Sweeten with a bit of honey, or slowly wean yourself down with the sugar- measure what you put in now, and cut back a little each time slowly. Eventually you'll appreciate the tea more.

I also like herbals (definitely use honey here, I feel like sugar wreaks them). Mint teas are refreshing and chamomile is soothing.

Mine is EARL GREY DECAF by STASH TEA try using Sugar in the Raw comes in a brown pkg. I find that is sweeter than white sugar. Also try this Republic Of Tea called Blackberry Sage it's great even cold with ice. Plus they come in travel tins which are 6 teabags in a round tin to carry with you. My other treat I got to try it sounds weird but tastes great by Republic of tea Pink Grapefruit. I swear , it has a nice finish of grapefruit after taste. My new place to hang out in Chicago,IL in Argo Tea Co. They have a Earl Grey Creme which is to die for. I to use at least 3 tsp of sugar per glass of hot tea, coffee and for cold sun tea.

I love Bigelow brand teas, especially one called Pomegranted Pizazz....it is soooooooo delicious!

I use Splenda sometimes, but I find that regular sugar is just as great and it also gives it a wonderful taste!
