Lactose free milk is usually just plain milk that has had the lactose enzymatically degraded to its components glucose and galactose. It will taste slightly sweeter that regular milk. It has all the same nutrients as regular milk including Vit A and D if it says so on the carton.
So the answer to your question is yes it's just the same. If your worried about protein you could add whey protein to the milk or to your other food.

PhD Food Chemistry and Nutrition

it is kinda like regular milk

lactose free milk has the same amount of protein as regular milk. and also meat has a lot of protein in it. and so do beans. [not string beans regular beans]

If this is really an issue you can sub the milk protein by making sure you eat your meats and try a protein drink ....fish is a good source of this
