Has coca cola any nutritional value?!

Question: Is it harmful to the body?

Answers: Is it harmful to the body?

LMAO>>>>>NO!!!! Caffeine is really bad for you! the amount of sugar is repulsing and everything else is fake and the carbonation can RUN A CAR!.....

It has some potassium. The amount of sugar in it is hard on the teeth and the pancreas.

I don't think so, and I advise you don't drink it because it is used to clean things.

In small or normal amounts its is not harmful, but in excess it can be harmful. I still think Coke Classic is the best though.

if you consider the happiness that comes with consuming this drink of the gods nutritional, then yes

no nutritional value, but it can help you if you have an upset stomach or feel nauceous although you should find the root cause of having an upset stomach.
It's not harmful for the body if you only drink it once or twice a week.

Haha . . . I'm drinking a frozen Coke right now. Yummy.

According to the can, Coca-Cola is "not a significant source of fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron." However, 8 fluid ounces does contain 23 mg of caffeine. Basically, take it at face value -- drinking Coke isn't going to give you the benefits of an equally sized glass of milk or of eating, say, an apple. That said, in moderation, those 100 calories and 26 grams of sugar per serving aren't going to kill you, but they're not going to really help you on your path towards health and fitness, either, though.

Hope this helps!

nope and yes

only potentially harmful if you are a diabetic or just drink a lot. Anything beverage in moderation is OK. For some vitamin C, add a couple squirts of lemon or lime. Helps prevent scurvy.
