Dr. Pepper does not make it, you have to add the syrups yourself.....I've never tried homemade Cherry Chocolate, but I do Cherry Vanilla all the time.
I don't really know so i can't give you an exact answer. I think you should look in stores that have mostly pop. Or maybe you can try Meijers

I have only found it in diet, at local grocery stores kroger, meijers etc..... It really isnt very good in my opinion too chocolatey! good luck!
