regular coke contains sugar which in turn produces calories. which is what you are trying to avoid by drinking coke zero.
the thing is, coke zero avoids these unwanted calories by using the artificial sweeteners SACCHARINE and ASPARTAME.
these have been shown in laboratory studies to cause cancer.
now the thing that makes coke better is it is sweetened with natural sugar. natural sugar isnt harmful to your body in any way, except that it contains calories. but calories can be easily burned off with regular excercise.
so not only can it possibly be harmful, coke zero tastes horrible. :)

No worse than any carbonated, caffeinated soft drink.
it has caffeine in it and rots your teeth and your insides of your stomach
