Does UHT Alter carton drinks and how?!

Question: I know companies like Innocent like to bang on about how it is only fruit that they put in there smoothies and that's good, but they must use UHT to sterilise their products before they seal them or they would get mouldy on the shelf.

For a start, do they, and if they do, does it affect the quality of the goods?

nope..just a natural preservative...and stops infection..
