Question: The antioxidant flavinoids are great for preventing the oxidation of "bad cholesterol" which causes plaques in the arteries (clogged arteries) . It also prevents blood clots. Basically, it lowers your risk of heart disease and can even reverse existing problems.

yes, it has selenium, good for your heart. not found in anything but red grapes

Store juices just in general usually have an awful lot of sugar in them.

It's high in anti-oxidants, it cleans your blood.
