The settlement that Starbucks has to pay out is from management getting a share of the tips. They were not supposed to get any of the tips.

I do not think that Barista's has ripped off Starbucks. I looked at the site and it looks much better than Starbucks. There are many different coffee shops, Starbucks is just the most well known chain. :)

Barista is the name for someone who makes coffee in a coffee shop.

Yea, there is no brand called barista
It is the name of someone who works in a coffee shop. Any coffee shop...doesn't have to be starbucks.

Hmm....apparently there is a brand. It's not a US thing which is why I haven't seen it. But, I am a top contributor because I am the best. No questions asked lol.

No no no you idiot. It is a word that means something. You can't possibly have seen a shop with this name in a country because I am aware of what the word means. Next time you see the name of a shop, look it up in a dictionary and if there is a definition then you did not see it you moron.

LOL, this question& the responses are funny!

Oh Yeah... and It DOES exist
