Why does coffee bloat you?!
Answers: Every time I drink some I bloat to enormous proportions! Could it be the Splenda I put in it also?
Its a diaretic and its not good for your body. ehh splenda is artifical sweeter that is also made from chemicals. Do you really wanna know what kind of chemicals they make splenda from? Look up each ingreedient and see what each one is. you will be surprised and you may even want to switch over to raw sugar. I never ever use artifical sweetners.
Coffee is a laxative, that chould be one of the ways it's effecting you.
