How do you make turkish coffee ?!
But anyways. So lets say your gonna put it in the turkish coffee cups, which look like.. http://z.about.com/d/mideastfood/1/0/O/-...
So get a mini saucepan or turkish coffee pot.
how many spoons of sugar you want, depends on how you like it. So with me its about 3 heaped cause i like mine sugary. Thenn, the trick with puttin in the turkish coffee itself also depends on you. However for three...we could say one heaped i mean HEAPED, teaspoon, and maybe another small teaspoon of it. So now there's a mixture of sugar and the powdered coffee.
we're gonaa make three cups of it.
you fill in that cup with cold water 3 times and pour it into the mini saucepan, put it on the stove and heat it. Do not mix it. Just stiring it once would do. then let it heat slowly. once you see little bubbles forming around the coffee its nearly time..once theres lots of bubble and theres a light brown surface take it off, and fill in half of each cup then put it back on the stove again.
this is so that its nice and frothy. then a minute later take it off again and pour in the remaining coffee.
Tada. another thing is you might like to drink it with water. Its kinda harsh.
Answers: Right basically, its pretty much of an eye dependant thing when it comes to measures.
