Is the 100 percent fruit juice at the supermarket really 100 percent fruit juice?!

Question: I am referring to apple, orange, mango, grape etc juice in cans and paper containers at the supermarket with the hundred percent juice label.

Answers: I am referring to apple, orange, mango, grape etc juice in cans and paper containers at the supermarket with the hundred percent juice label.

always check whether it is made from 100%squeezed fruit or from concentrate.

concentrate is full of sugar, but is often labelled as pure juice etc.

The price is a good guage, freshly sqeezed juice is much more expensive but tastes a whole lot better and actually has health benefits

Maybe. Probably.

well, if it just says 100% it might not be. but if it says 100% pure from concentrate then its definetly 100% pure and there's no artificial flavors or anything else..:)

the stuff from the can no the simply orange stuff yes read the labels if it has a shelf life and does not need refrigeration then it has preservatives in it and look for from concentrate

only if it's labeled as such. when in doubt, eat the fruit and drink water.

Yes. If it wasn't it would be false advertising. I don't think that would be legal. The price is a good indicator, that is quite true. Look at the price or real grape juice, like Welch's. It's pretty expensive.

depends! you got to read the lable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if it says 100% JUICE, then it is... but sometimes, it says 100% Vitamin C, and if you read it too quickly, you'll pick up the wrong thing ... price is a good indicator. Northland makes good 100% juice
