Is it safe to drink water room temp from a gallon jug that's been sitting up for a couple of days?!

Question: The teacher offered me to drink the water in his office but I noticed there were water steam at the top of the jug inside. Should I or should I not drink it?

Steam? Do you mean condensation between the water level and the lid? If so then that is normal, I find it in my bottled water daily. Be sure you drink from a NEW disposable cup and NOT from the gallon jug. Also ask if the teacher drinks from the jug, if so, then refuse.

since it was there for a couple o days, its not advisable.

if it's room temp, there shouldn't be steam. I drink water that's been sitting out with no problem. be cautious and don't drink it.

don't worry drink away!!
