Do the activity of the milk or the nutritiuos factor disabled when it warms upo at 100 degree celcious?!
Answers: if not why it is said that to keep it under 4 deg. centigrate?
If it is not refrigerated it will go off because bacteria will breed in it. The nutritious value isn't affected when it is heated because prior to you buying it, it is heated , either UHT (ultra heat treated) or pasturised which is again a heat treatment but not as hot. UHT means the milk can be stored out of the refrigerator until it is opened.
