juice box...however it has better sugars than soda.

Off the bat I would say soda, but it would depend on the juice box. I only drink 100% fruit juice, no added sugar.

juicy juice is straight fruit juice. the others have sugar added.

i am sure soda. it is better not to drink it at all.

Usually soda, but it depends on the drink. Plus, many drinks don't even have sugar these days; they have things like high fructose corn syrup, and stuff like that.

Juice box dude.

It will depend on the type of juice versus what type of soda. Is it 100% pure juice or is it juice from concentrate? Is it diet soda? ...regular soda? ...sugar-free soda?

And exactly what types of sugars count in your assessment? Just because it's not granulated sugar doesn't mean it won't effect one's blood-sugar levels.

it depends but most juice boxes have more sugar

I'd assume different juice boxes and different sodas all have varied amounts of sugar ..... why don't you compare the labels at the grocery store

juice box

check the nutrition labels.........i would but i don't have any soda cans rite now.
