I don't think it does but i prefer to heat it in a small pot on the stove because i am one of those people that is always paranoid about mixing flavors from the microwave in to a beverage i put in there haha. but i know what you mean warm milk when you sit down to watch a good show a night is fabulous

I prefer cold. I don't know that heating milk causes it to lose all of its nutrients, but some vitamins are prone to heat damage.

i like cold milk but thats me and I put choclate syoup in it yummy. :)

yea i like cold milk..but i hear putting certain things in the mircowave can lose its nutrients i dunno if milk is one of them though

i wouldn't drink homo to gain weight, unless you're exercising and can control the fat. homo is more milk fat which isn't necessarily healthy for you, depending on what age you are. it's ideal for young children, but in your teens and older you should eat a more protien heavy diet to gain weight (as i say provided you are exercising so you can build up muscle mass instead of fat cells)
and yes hot milk is delish!

cold

I love milk, and prefer to drink it cold. I really don't like warm milk all that much, personally.

Why would anyone think its gross? A lot of people heat up milk, especially at night. Its not an uncommon thing.

cold
