The White Stuff in the Juice is the juice that comes out of the ACTUAL coconut. It may have some preservatives though.
Coconut is the milk on the inside.
It is the juice inside the coconut. It isn't the pulp that coats the inside of the shell.
The white stuff is the flesh of the coconut that lines the shell, that's what coconut milk is made of. IT IS NOT THE JUICE!
