If I wanted the 4 free codes, do I send just a blank envelope with my return address to pepsi or what? Has anyone done this and can help me? Do I just send a blank envelope or send an envelope with my name and address in it??

Just write your name and address on a piece of paper. Put it in an envelope and address it as stated.
You will get four free codes by return mail.
