Ice Tea Maker?!

Question: I have an old Mr.Coffee Ice Tea maker, and a bunch of Lipton Ice tea packets.

Can somone give me instructions on what to do??
Do I add water in the pitcher? Or what?

I have one too, and it's a pain..... I just buy Lipton COLD BREW bags, and put them in a pitcher of water. They "brew" in the cold water in 5 min. on the counter......
