I left my coke in the freezer to long and its fizzing?!

Question: how do i stop the fizzing?

Answers: how do i stop the fizzing?

leave capped and in fridge till it thaws

fizzing...
cool

Keep the cap on until it thaws. Or you could get a very big cup, open the coke over the sink, while trying to keep it in the cup. You will get a little messy, but if you must drink it now, I see no other way to go.

The coke expanded and pushed against the bottle top. Gas is escaping. If you opened it before the gas ran out it will freeze hard. If you waited until the gas ran out the coke will be flat and tasteless. Open it and enjoy.

give it a sec. to sit out then SLOWLY open it.

Leaving a seal can or bottle of coke is
not a good idea. The carbonated gases in
the drink will expand and cause a mess.

Especially, a bottle it will explode. In some
states leaving a sealed carbonated soda
bottle is illegal and dangerous.
It is like a hand grenade going off with small glass
fragments flying around probably hitting your eyes
doing serious damage.

You should should use a big cup for now but next time only put it the freezer for about 15 minutes or less so it don't freeze. If it freezes next time before opening it run the can under cold water for a couple of minutes that may defrost it.

Too late!

YOU WILL HAVE TO WAITE IT OUT. LET IT THAW SOME AND TRY AGAIN
