Beaver Buzz bad for me?!

Question: I am 14 is it bad for me to drink Beaver Buzz or Red Bull energy drinks? I drink approx. 2-3 per week simply because i don't have enough energy sometimes during school, but mostly when i go to dance class. In the long run will these energy drinks harm my health? and will it stunt my growth?

These products are relatively new. As in there are not any studies out on them. A few years ago they said that sweet n low was better than sugar. now that has changed. I would not drink too many of those. The dance class should get you moving and pumped up. Use your own natural energy, not something from a bottle or can.
