Is it safe to drink diet Pepsi or diet Coke?!

Question: neither; the only way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you burn. which means if you eat a lot then you can either eat less or do more work/exercise.

I have always been against diet sodas, and any other thing that has artificial sweeteners in them. I believe they never really did enough research on them and the calories you get from sugar are in no such a way more harmful then the fake stuff you putting in your mouth. Natural is better in every form

Well I don't know what you mean by safe. Diet sodas haven't actually been proven to be carcinogenic, if that is what you mean. However, there has been research to show that drinking a diet soda can have the same effect on your body as a regular soda because the sweetener still spikes your glucose level, which is what real sugar does. If you had to choose between diet and regular, I'd go with regular.

NO ITS NOT SAFE. diet sodas are very harmful.
in sodas in general they have chemicals that get to the BRAIN
and tell the brain that
you are hungry and not full when you really are full;thus, causing you to crave more and more food and eventually you will become overweight from all the eating.
sodas also eat your stomach lining because of the acid in the soda that is why if you have a soda you NEED to drink AT LEAST 16 GOOD GLASSES OF WATER to balance out the PH.
