Espresso has about 77 mg's of caffeine per 1.5 ounces. Drip coffee has 145 mg's per 8 ounce cup. So the regular coffee is a tad less that a double shot of espresso.
Brewed black tea have between 40 and 120 mg's off caffeine per 8 ounce cup, depending on the variety.
If you want more caffeine than that, you have to go for energy drinks.

actually, the more you roast a coffee bean, the LESS caffeine it has! ... so, espresso actually has LESS caffeine that other coffee. Problem is, since it's a smaller cup, you tend to drink more of it:) .... black tea has more caffeine than coffee anyways....
