Gatorade has electrolytes in it which is good for you after a night of drinking or while exercise but water is my favorite since I don't care for sweets.

When I am just thirsty for something besides soda, I like water. When I am dying for something to drink or when I am sick I like to drink Gatorade. I really love both.

I hate gatorade, I stick with good ole filtered tap water. Not the bottled crap they make you pay a 1.50 for. If I want super good water I go back home and go the the Artisian Well we have on our property... so natural so sweet and super cold gotta love it

I loooooooove some water, especially spring of course. It's just, such an awesome perfect liquid. It has no flavor so it's like, neutral, it isn't filling so you can drink tons of it, it's so incredibly refreshing to drink cold when you're hot, it's healthy for you, and it's the ultimate thirst quencher. if the water is very cold and there is a lot of it i like it, but otherwise i drink poweraide, not gatorade
