there is no substitute.
expresso, latte, cappucino are ALL coffee, and there's NO substitute!! ... However, if it's cold out, sometimes a good hot cocoa is nice...

Since coffee can be a problem for me if I have it later in the day and the winter here has been rather raw -- I'm finding that a cup of tea, no milk, just a touch of honey, is really nice! I'm still experimenting with different kinds-there are tons of teas out there (even just good old Lipton is fine though), but I suspect once the summer is here it's gonna switch to ICED tea! In any event -- it's tea time so I'm outta here...
