Goji is really good for you. I am not a distributor, but stay away from the mixed juices they have inflated prices. There was a juice that I drank that was 100 percent goji. Goji berries are better a hand full a day is good. Heaven mountain goji berries are good, more concentrated.
You don't need to eat a lot just an ounce a day and you must be consistent, though.
