Green tea is the best I think. It's given me really clear, glowing skin and now everyone comments on it. It's also really good for warding off skin cancer and getting rid of any toxins floating round your body.

White Tea and Green Tea are both pretty good for you

In terms of flavour, I think you have to go a long way to beat KENYAN tea, either leaves or bags.
For health benefits, GREEN tea without a doubt.

Theonly thing that matters in tea it should be hot while drinking, the brands, the milk of no-milk does not matter. Can you drink tea with the best brands thrown in-of both the leaf as well as mils--but which has gone lukewarm.During my work I have to tour villages and I have come to love the teas offered by the hospitable villagers. I particularly remember one incident.During our trips we are used to having all sorts of tea--blank tea, tea with camel milk, buffaleo or cow milk, sheep milk. Since it is the hotness of the drink that maters none of these make much difference. But what I was offered in one of these outings bowled me over for zero for life. I was on a visit to a village up in the mountains mostly populated by shepherds. They do not keep any milch cattle and dependexclusively on sheep milk. It was afternoon when I arrived, a time when all the sheep in the village had gone to the forest for grazing. And yet the tea that came before me had milk in it. Curiously I asked the villager how come milk was there? Have the sheep not gone out? He vehemently counted it out. When he revealed the secret of the milk in the tea I was flabbergasted. He innocently said that he did not think it proper to offer tea without milk to a visiting officer. But his daughter in law had just delivered. He asked her to spare some milk for me and there it was in the tea.I was so overwhelmed by the innocence. While leaving I tried to give a tenner to the newcomer but the daughter in law would not accept it. When I tried to press her response was classic,"Did you not just have my milk. That makes me your mother. And a dutiful son does obey his mother!" The last time before that I had tasted mother's milk fifty years ago when I was an baby.
