How do you test if your coffee is decaf or wired??!

Question: Even decaf has caffeine. Always buy naturally decaffinate over chemically decaffinated too.

I always order decaf. My HEART knows...caffeine makes my heart palpitate...too much and it feels like it's going to beat out of my chest. Nothing that will kill me I'm told but that may not be the case in the long run!!! ;~)

I also know because caffeine makes me feel very irritable and restless and out of sorts. It is a drug after all and when your mind and body wants to shut down, too much of it prevents you from being able to relax and do so.

I never have coffee after 2 pm even decaf. If I do I can't sleep at night! Ditto with the teas too.

unless it is labelled only drinking it will tell you

caffiene affects your reaction time, making them quicker.

if you coffee is decaffienated then you reaction time shouldnt be affected.

Have someone hold a metre rule above your hand (have youre hand in a position ready to grab the ruler)

And then have this person let go of the ruler and you must catch it as quick as possible and take a reading of what number you grab the ruler, repeat each experiment around 4 times (drop a ruler 4 times for decaf and 4 for caff and 4 with nothing) and then work out averages.

Finally conclude, by comparing the averages you can see if your decaff is more caff than you think.

the label states decaf its decaf if it dont say nothing its ordinary coffee.

definitely the taste! If it tastes metallic, it's decaf ....... The can/package will definitely be labelled though.....

Try roler-skating up an icey hill.
