The process is called of all things canning. This is a highly automated process done at high speed.
The way it works is that the can has no top when it is is filled and the top is put on afterward. The top is pre made and the seam is rolled to create the seal.
With drinks like pop, beer, energy drinks, the aluminium is pre printed before the liquid is put in.
