Hi Crystal H,
1.5 litres no problem you could even double that amount and
healthy snacks try mixed nuts & raisins, natural yogurt, celery,
oat bars and for drinks get a juicer and make your own veggie
smoothies.

my son actually dehydrated because all he would drink was water(it was hot outside). he spent the night in the hospital. the doctor said water is fine, but if you dont drink other things like juice, gatorade, powerade, etc. you will flush nutrients out of your system

1.5 ltre of water a day is just fine. not too much at all

healthy foods are fruits & vegetables & drinks are water & fruit juice

no. Its not good. Drinking too much of water wash away the glucose content from our body... at the same time drinking little amount of water may also cause some disorders. take recommended amount of water
NO MORE NO LESS

I drink nearly 4l a day and know that I ought to be drinking more. I find that it is much more palatable being warm, but that is personal choice.
Other drinks I drink, are V8 juice, pineapple juice and ofcourse the best of all, smoothies. To make a smoothie, you have to have a blender though. Fruits, whipped up with ice ...yummy. Goodluck

It's enough, more if you want, less if you don't. Fruits and vegetables.

according to all I have read( and this is a lot, I am a water guru here in arizona to my friends) you are supposed to halve your weight... (so if you are 100 lbs you use the number 50) and then drink that many ounces a day. so at 100lbs you drink 50 0z that is eight glasses of water plus two oz a day.

you should also add a glass for every carbonated or caffeinated beverage you consume. And some people say the same for alcohol as it is a diuretic too.

at one time *I am losing weight) I had to drink 200 oz a day. whew.
lot of water. 25 cups to be exact.

try putting all the water you decide you need to drink into one container. keep it in the fridge. when it is empty, you are done. for the first couple of weeks you and the bathroom will be friends..but your body adjusts quickly and you feel SO much better when you are hydrated. We have to be careful in AZ during the summer.... I didn't even know what a water bottle was until I moved here!

snacks could be celery with a little peanut butter and raisins on top
or whole grain crackers such as triscuits...
add a couple of pieces of fruit daily to your diet..veggies too if you can... these are all things *I* have done and they helped tremendously. saying that you are trying to eat healthier other than focusing on a DIET really helps. trust me, I have lost a LOT of weight.

Mmmm, dried fruit and nuts mix is beyond the best thing ever.

drink your water- but don't be afraid to incorporate some good juice between meals.
I love Sambazon (goes to save the rainforest) drinks. They have Acai which gives them an acute chocolate flavor.

The research is pretty new but some doctors think it could damage your kidneys.

The eight glasses a day thing is a myth. You need that much water a day but it does not all need to be water. It can be in food and other drink too.

Try Flavored Milk or Soya Milk.

No problem, but please do not exaggerate.

8 cups of water is enough for your body, and water is the best drink that you should consume everyday.

Please don't drink soft drinks that promise healthy to you like Gatorade and other stuff that has the same purpose. They will just give more calories because those drinks have sugar what make the drink tasteful.

Keep drinking water, but not too much and do exercises everyday to keep your body good.

I drink approx 20 litres of beer a day and I feel great so give the water up and become an alcoholic like me.
