There are currently Tim Horton's in the U.S. states of Connecticut, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
If you don't live in any of those states, the best thing you can do is to venture around the place you live and try out places that look interesting. You are more likely to find an independently-owned coffee shop/cafe that you like more than a chain like Starbuck's. However, if chains are your thing, try Dunkin' Donuts - they're practically everywhere. Want more upscale - try Panera Bread or Camille's Sidewalk Cafe.
Good luck - you're bound to find a place a with great coffee and tasty snacks if you just look around where you live...

There's Tim Horton's everywhere in the US.

there's only a few tim hortons in the USA... mostly in the northern states. Anyways, other good coffee chains are Dunkin Donuts (my favorite), Starbucks, Seattle's Best Coffee (very good), Mcdonalds (good coffee)...

and i assume you're from canada... VAN HOOTES ALL THE WAY!!!
