My sister loves coffee. And her favourite type is a caramel Macchiato. Does anyone know how to make one?!

Caramel Macchiato Recipe

Ingredients:

Steamed milk

Espresso

Vanilla extract to taste

Caramel sauce or flavoured syrup

Caramel Macchiato Preparation

In a regular-sized coffee mug, add steamed milk with some vanilla extract. Top it with milk foam and add freshly brewed espresso right through the foam. Drizzle with caramel sauce or syrup.

Make a shot of esspresso, add caramel syrup and steamed milk, drizzle caramel sauce on top.

Put a small amount of vanilla syrup into a cup, steam milk and pour it into cup til about one inch from the top, then top up with the foamed milk, add the espresso shot and then use caramel drizzle for the top.

vanilla syrup
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
coffee
1/2 cup fresh espresso
8 ounces milk, steamed with foam
3-4 tablespoons caramel sauce

You can use vanilla syrup from a bottle for the drink or make your own vanilla syrup following this Top Secret Recipe: Simply combine 2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups sugar in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then add 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Remove from heat and cool.
Store in a covered container.
To make your coffee drink, add two tablespoon of vanilla syrup to a 16-ounce glass.
Add 1/2 cup fresh brewed espresso followed by 8 ounces of steamed milk.
Add 3 to 4 tablespoons caramel sauce to the drink.
Stir before drinking.
