Ideally, is it better to drink ginger-ale during a meal or after a meal, to get gas to come up as burps?!


Question: Actually, you shouldn't drink for one hour before or after you eat - liquids dilute the stomach acids, making it harder to digest food, so your body wastes energy it could be using for other things, which leads to other problems in the long run. I didn't believe this at first, since our culture is so used to drinking while eating, but I've heard from many people it's actually bad for you

Either, gas that goes out the opposite end is formed in the intestines...

its dosen't matter if u eat meal or b4 meal
