What kind of cow produces the best milk?!

Question: Jerseys that are fed organic feed and not given any chemicals. The ones that just graze grass. I lvoe orgainc milk, it tastes so muych richer thatn regualr milk. Yummy!!!

But I personally like brown cows the most. (chocolate milk).

Depends...Jerseys have a high percentage of fat, but Holsteins are one of the top producers. The milk you get in the store is probably from a Holstein.
