I certainly hope that your idea of a "prank" is not to drug a woman and then rape her. That's the first thing that comes to my mind here. It's also the first thing that a drug company would think of. Why would any company manufacture such a product? They would undoubtedly get sued.
I'm not accusing you of anything here, for all I know, you're some kid that wants to embarrass a friend by making them fall asleep in class. Regardless, you're not going to find a product out there that will do this.
I dunno. But I would be careful with that. Taking a sleep aid and then driving or drinking or doing other activities can be dangerous and even fatal... your prank could end up being not so funny.
