Iced tea going cloudy is a common sign of cooling it too fast, and isn't harmful at all .

If the cloudiness really bothers you, and you have some good patience you can either allow the brewed tea to cool completely to room temperature before chilling in the fridge or with ice, or you can add room temperature water to the hot tea instead of the cold water and ice and putting it in the refrigerator.

it's the water, probably too many minerals (including the water from the melted ice)

Use tea in packets, rather than loose tea. It will help strain the minerals.
