Is Starbucks new coffee (Pike place roast) any good?!

Question: I am not a fan of starbucks coffee, espresso yes, coffee no, I think it generally tastes really burnt.
Anyone try this new coffee they are offering? Is it any good? What's it taste like?

it is actually very good IMO, try it with half+half... It is a medium roast, and made me feel jazzed afterwards as it probably has a high caffeine content. it is some of the best tasting coffee (with h+h) ive ever had. could stomach it black, but i would def. go with the cream. also since they brew it all day (must me a higher temp to get heated quicker) ask for a few ice cubes thrown in there too, as mine was scorchingly hot.. watch the tongue!

and if you go to a somewhat busy store, they should start using the old siren cups (with the original logo + colors on the cup) just kind of cool

TRY IT YOU'LL
ONLY KNOW
THE TASTE
IS IN YOUR MOUTH
NOT HERE.
BEST

Since all there other coffee tastes bitter and burnt and the same coffee bean is being used the taste will not change.

Maybe you need a chaser to get ride of the bad taste

I occasionally buy Komodo Dragon, but most of the other coffees are far too weak, and they burn it to try to make up for the weakness:) ..... Try ordering online from California Coffee Roasters. Not only do they grind it fresh, but they ROAST the beans the day they ship them (vacuum sealed), with 5 different strength roasts available and LOTS of different coffees (and teas).... half the price of Starbuck's too...
