Answers: For most people...energy drinks work......monster is probably one of the best ones.....or...if u go 2 a whole foods..they have some organic ones that REALLY WORK!!!
Monsters proably top the chart with all the flavors and things. The "longest" best drink known so far. Shotz are new, and they are actually really strong. Too strong for me, but maybe you like it.
no because they have guarana and caaffine which can cause kidney stones and it will make it harder for the nephrons in our kidneys to filter our urine
