I absolutely love twinnings earl grey. I drink it with a few sweetners and a spoonful of honey. It's a wonderful thing.

depends ... If I want a nice, strong bracing tea, I like English Breakfast (or Irish Breakfast) ... Earl Grey is fine, but not as versatile:) ... and all tea should be HOT, black, no sugar .... MAYBE a teensy sliver of lemon rind
