I used to have one a Red Bull day for a while, until I was diagnosed with high blood pressure.

I cut them down to one a week, and my blood pressure was back to normal within a couple of months.

Also, try to get the sugar free version if you can. It gives you the same energy boost, but doesn't seem to have as much effect on your sleep.

I would steer clear of the cheaper versions if I were you, some are much stronger and have a much higher caffeine content in them. Also they tend to be more gassy, and can give you a bad stomach.

no way!! it really unhealthy!

yeh redbull light. It depends on what your doing in a day.

yeah there all fine i drink 3 a day

no it's bad for you

its really bad for you if you drink them everyday

Yes, they are fine (although no doubt there will be a "scare" in the near future saying that they cause cancer - like sausages do!)

well i hope i drink lk 3 a day... so one should be ok for u lol

There's quite a lot of sugar in them - so one a day sounds like quite a lot!

They're not healthy, but unless you are intolerant to caffeine, young, diabetic or drink absurd amounts of them they won't do too much damage. Supermarket versions are exactly the same, but don't taste as nice. Be sensible yeah?

Its fine but be warned the caffine in it is addictive and it can lead on to heavier things like Pro Plus addictions, that will lead on to an amphetamine adiction. Or am i taking this a bit too far

It depends on how high you want to fly.
:P

Certainly better than the 10 coffee's I have each day. The Tesco one is ok

Having an energy drink every day isn't healthy, no matter what kind it is. The stuff they use is way unhealthy. It damages your liver as much as if not more than alcohol. It can also affect your heart and several other things.

1 is ok not the best choice but only one

This depends on the type if it's sugar free 1 a day is okay but other wise that would be unsafe because of the high sugar content.

no u should try and have one every other day...
