Regular Coke, Diet, Coke Zero or Pepsi, Pepsi Diet?!

Question: I keep hearing all of these things about the sugar repalements in the diet drinks and aspartame. I prefer coke zero because it's less carbonation, no calories and fat. Which is better? Or better for you?

I'm with you... Coke Zero.

I will not use a sugar replacement of any kind. It just like everything Else the system pushes. Today it is fine no problems, but 10 even 20 years from now they will tells to stop using it, it leads to some kind of health problem.

Just use sugar, in moderation it is OK for you. But, as far a soda goes none of them are "good" for you. But hey I am guilty as the next person I love my Mountain Dew!!

pepsi max has got like 1 calorie in it i think and i rather it than coke = ]

I prefer Diet Pepsi Max. it has more gin-sing and caffeine, which for me is a good thing since i don't go out of my way for Coffey even when i am exhausted. (lol).
It also seems to have a less carbonation, and more flavor. But it seems to go flat quickly (i tend to drink half and then forget about the cans so that's probably why.).
that's about it...and it has 0 calories (if i am think if the right "nutrition label) (lol). :-)
***coffy was supposed to be coffee (i'm too tired to think rite now... (lol).

None of them are 'good' for you, but hey, these days - what is? I like Pepsi Max best and drink gallons of it - and if in fifty years time all my hair falls out because of the artificial sweeteners, I shall spend my pension on baseball caps.

Diet Pepsi hands down.
