How many sugars, if any, do you take in your tea?!
Answers: I usually don't take sugar in my tea, however if I am feeling a bit down I'll take two. Just like mum makes haha.

Just one level tea spoon, with herbal teas I prefer honey. I don't think adding one or two teaspoons of sugar in tea will make much difference to one's weight there are just 20 calories in each.
