Opened a can od soda, what to do?!

Question: Everytime I open a can od soda, all that noise that it makes with the carbonation. Everytime I open a can and it does that, I can't take it, I either throw the can at the wall, punch myself, cut myself, get really angry at people around me. What should I do? Just give up soda and never drink it again? All answers appreciated, and this is not a joke, but feel free to chuckle or fall out of your seat laughing hilariously.

Nothing beats the taste of soda in a can. No other method has that sting. I drink about a 12 pack a day, no health problems yet BTW, I can easily tell the diff between an RC, Pepsi and Coke. Few people really can by the way. Anyways there is one way. Turn the can on its side, poke a SMALL hole with a knife on its side towards the bottom, either cover the hole with your mouth and open the top and chug, or angle the whole towards a cup and open the top. Having a hole at top and towards the bottom will eliminate the carbon pop. If you want to go to these extreme. By the way, this is a complete rip off from my speed chugging a beer method, but seems to work with both.

You tap the top of the can to pop the bubbles. It won't explode.

AS a bartender i think u should drink draft bc only a few drinks taste better in bottle

put in some ear plugs so you can't hear it :)

HAVE SOME ONE OPEN IT FOR YOU AND PUT IT INTO A CUP

put a hole in the side into a cup or just deal with it lol tap the can or dont shake itjust dont go crazy over it
