What do people mean when they say the coffee is "smooth"?!

It can mean two things!.!.!.smooth as in the taste!.!.!.its not too acidic (bitter)!.!.!.and/or it can also refer to the texture/body of the coffee!. It's smooth and flows nicely on the tongue!. Doesn't stay thick on your tongue!.!.!.its smooth and clean!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
