Question: Which is better for you!? Black coffee or plain tea!?
I drink black coffee most of the time!. Sometimes I drink plain tea!. Do you know which is healthier/better!? Which do you prefer!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coffee does offer a number of trace minerals (Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese)

and is a good source of potassium,pantothenic acid, and riboflavin, all which are good for your blood stream/ammune system!.


Caffeine has been shown to decrease muscle pain and augment the pain-relieving capability of other drugs, alleviate asthma symptoms and boost athletic endurance and performance as well as heightening alertness and lifting mood!. Heck, it even helps combat jetlag! Lol!.


And plain black coffee has 2-3 times more cancer fighting anti-oxidants than Green tea, or any tea for that matter!.

It helps prevent colon and liver cancer, and helps reduce the likelihood of developing gallstones!.

Take it from me,coffee is not only better for you than tea!.!.!. its a miracle worker!

Tea releases the caffeine in it on a slower basis!.!.!.!.kinda like a time-release capsule!. Coffee's caffeine gives you the instant jolt & a harder crash alot sooner than tea does!. The caffeine in coffee is alot "dirtier" so to speak & is not the best way to receive caffeine!. My vote goes to tea as the healthiest & most satisfying drink on the planet!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its controversial!. They are releasing information all the time on the two!. Coffee is meant to lower risk of heart disease, promote healthier sperm in guys and increase metabolism, where as tea is meant to have all these antioxidant properties!. I'm with the tea side of things!. I've never felt better since I switched to drinking whole-leaf tea!

Coffee seems to make people jittery and irritable!.!.!.I've never seen someone come off of a "tea crash"!. also, all science aside, the asiatic countries drink a LOT of tea and seem to live (on the whole, anyway) really long and healthy lives!.

I like the smell of coffee, but not drinking it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
