Question: Does Arizona raspberry iced tea have caffeine in it!?
i drank two of them last night and for some reason i couldn't sleep all night, and i only drank about a half of a cup of coffee (alot less than usual!) and by couldn't sleep, i mean my first taste of insomnia!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it contains caffeine!.

Here's the thing with labels!. Because the caffeine is naturally occuring within the tea, it does not have to be put on the ingredient list!. If it was tea with added caffeine, they would need to list it!. The same goes for coffee!. If you pick up a bag of coffee at the store, you won't find caffeine on that ingredient list either!. The only time caffeine is listed is if it's an extra ingredient!.

Generally speaking, all products containing coffee and tea have caffeine in them unless the label specifically states that it is decaf or caffeine free!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All the AZ iced teas have about 10-30 mgs of caffeine, which is about half as much thats in the average soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
