I like two scoops ice cream or a handful of ice and rice milk, strawberries, banana, and add blueberries sometimes!. Very delicious and just as nutritious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this, Its called a 'Milo Banana Smoothie'!.

1 Banana
1 Cup of milk
2-3 Scoops of Ice Cream
1-2 Tb Spoons of Milo

Mix all in blender!.

Version one:
Strawberries
Fruit juice (of your choice)
Frozen yogurt
Crushed ice

Version two:
Passionfruit juice
Mangoes
Mango sherbert

Alterations can always be made!. Some ideas:

Version One
Substitute the strawberries for different berries (or mix berries)
Instead of ice, buy fresh strawberries and freeze them (for a very thick, creamy smoothie, but one more calorie-dense)
Strawberry ice cream instead of frozen yogurt
Add a banana (or half a banana)

Version Two
Pineapple sorbet instead of mango
Mango juice instead of passionfruit
Orange juice instead of passionfruit
Add sliced peaches or apricots

Sugar or honey can be added to either, if you wish, or supplements (like flax seeds!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

mango chopped up, greek yoghurt, milk and honey, few ice cubes, blend- delicious, especially if you add a drop of rose water! If not just blend fruit that your like, add little fruit juice, but if you use apples, you may need to sieve the smoothie afterwards!. There are tons of books with lots of ideas, but thats my favourite!. If you want a breakfast one, add oats, banana and yoghurt :) yummy! again touch of honey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sweet Fruit Smoothies

INGREDIENTS

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed ice


DIRECTIONS

In batches, process the milk, yogurt, lemon juice and fruit in a blender or food processor until smooth!. Add ice; cover and process until smooth!. Pour into glasses; serve immediately!.


Four-Berry Smoothies

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 tablespoons lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients!. Cover and process until smooth!. Pour into glasses; serve immediately!.

Fruity Red Smoothies


INGREDIENTS

1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries, quartered
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 teaspoon sugar

DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt and cranberry juice!. Add strawberries, raspberries and sugar; cover and process until blended!. Pour into glasses; serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For smoothies, you can really make them up as you go along!

That is what I do with my family and friends!.

Depending on who will be drinking it, we put in:


milk

ice-cream or plain yogurt or both

fruits (peeled and cut up) such as strawberry, kiwi, apple, banana!.!.!. just choose your favourite fruits!

ice



You can keep experimenting until you find your perfect and original recipe!.

The amounts don't matter too much because you can taste and change whatever needs to be changed as you go along!.
