If it is covered and your speaking of the Eagle Brand type, because of the sugar and the reduction in the water content, the 15-20 days the first person said is about right, even 30 if stored right, but why anyone would keep it lnger, I used to make Vietnamese iced coffee with mine, but now I am a diabetic, so it is fat free Carnation now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
