Life is simple!. We don't get something for nothing!. In other words, most adults need 8!.5 hours of sleep nightly!. With less the body starts to wonder what the h*** is going on and starts to 'shut' down some things!. Hey, it's trying to survive! However, vitamin E may help for 'emergency' stay awake times, I figure!? In more other words, get that sleep y'all!

Apparently chewing sunflower seeds keeps you awake, there are lots of web sites are saying that, one of them is listed below!. Someone told me this before, that PG&E engineers were using this to stay awake at night shifts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sugar!. Lots!. Seriously, glucose powers your brain, and if you want to stay alert at night, it helps!.

Chewing gum or writing with a pen rather than typing helps, if only because it keeps you moving!. I also recommend turning on all the lights in the room, playing energetic music (over headphones, not speakers) and getting up out of the chair every 20 minutes, even if it's just to crack your knuckles and sit down again!. Most people have about a 20 minute attention span before their concentration slips, so if you take a 1-minute break every 20 mins, it'll help you focus on whatever you're doing!.

also, pay attention to whatever you personally struggle with!. Some people get sore eyes, and should use eye drops!. I get really cold, especially my stomach, so I drink lots of decaf green tea and wear a jacket!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i drink starbucks fraps with shots!.!.!.and or at times i take a jet-alert!.!.!. its cheap and such and it has about 200mg of caffeine per caplet!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
