That was the biggest mistake Coca~Cola ever made!.
They had a chance to buy Pepsi back in the 20's for peanuts but thought Pepsi wouldn't succeed and saw it pointless to buy them out!.
Cokes second biggest blunder was re-formulating their original formula( in the late 80's early 90's)!. What a disaster that was!. Remember the "New Coke"( they would rather forget that mess)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
